This is the launch event for the 2026 GBG. As details of who's in the guide are embargo'd until the launch date details of the location will only be revealed the day before.

However to at least help with your planning its going to be in Harlow or Bishops Stortford and close to public transport if you are not using the minibus..

We left it far too late to try and book the branch weekend away this year, so we are going to go for a branch social day in Cambridge. More details will appear here or on facebook soon.

You need to make your own way there (usually train) and we will either meet at the station or on a set train, and travel up together or you can get there at your own choice of times and join us en route.

This is the date of the 2026 Branch weekend away in Norwich.

This has been set well in advance so people can book early and get cheaper deal on hotels and trains, rather than in 2025 where it was left too late and prices were then quite high.
